Is there an age limit?

Tours: 16 and over to ride your own scooter.

Rentals: 18 and over to ride your own scooter.

Passengers: Children from 12 years old can ride as passenger (subject to weight restrictions).

Is there a weight limit?

Maximum weight limit of 120 kg per scooter.

Do I need a driving license?

You do not need to have a driving license to ride our e-scooters.

Security Deposit

The customer is required to leave a security deposit with the company for the duration of the tour / rental.

  • For tours, the security deposit is one valid photographic ID per booking group.

  • For rentals, the security deposit is one valid photographic ID and equivalent of $55 / 1500 UAH in cash per scooter

Valid photographic IDs include current passport, driving license, National ID card.

I am unsure about riding these e-scooters - are they easy to ride?

Our scooters have fat tires and a low centre of gravity so they are stable and easy to ride. It helps to have ridden a bicycle before, but even complete beginners can pick it up quickly.

All of our tours begin with an introduction and safety brief on riding the e-scooters. You will also have the chance of a trial ride on an off road area before the tour begins.

If you have had the trial ride and do not feel comfortable then we will offer you to ride as passenger on another scooter or a full refund.

Do you provide safety equipment?

We offer helmets and gloves as required.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation by the customer:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before rental period (full refund)

  • 100% cancellation fee within 24 hours of rental period (zero refund)

  • If the customer has undertaken a trial ride and does not wish to continue then the customer will be offered to ride as passenger or will be given a full refund.

Cancellation by the company:

  • If the company is required to cancel your rental due to events unrelated to the user (eg weather, traffic…) then you will be offered an alternate rental period or a full refund.

  • If the company is required to cancel your rental due to events related to the customer(intoxication, damage to the scooter) then no refund will be offered.

What if the weather is bad?

We ride in most weather conditions (sunshine, light rain, wind) but not in severe weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, ice or snow).

In the event of severe weather this we will contact you and do our best to offer alternate an alternate tour or you will be given a full refund.

What language is the tour in?

All of our scheduled tours are in English.

Some of our guides speak several languages so if you would like a tour in another language (Ukrainian, German, Turkish, Japanese etc) then please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

Do you have all licenses and insurances to operate this business?

Yes. We are a fully registered Ukrainian company and compliant with the legislation to operate e-scooter tours.

Am I insured to ride the e-scooters?

Ukrainian law does not require a driver's license or insurance to ride these e-scooters.

The customer is fully responsible for any 3rd party damages caused by him/her while driving the scooter.
